I think Collingwood should be looking at Leppa and a few other similar coaches who are in their prime and with some senior coaching experience.
Amazing to hear that Ross Lyon is in the box seat for the Pies. THat would be a huge mistake.
Based on Leppa's comments, it would seem he has outgrown Richmond and looking for a more senior role. Which is a shame. He would make a great GM of Footy.
