I heard Daniel Shipthrope is getting promoted

Ridley said:That's some sprain. You'd be unlucky to miss a week if it was a sprain. Has to be something more serious than that.
Badly torn ligaments maybe?

You would think he is the obvious choice. Seems to consistently be amongst the best couple in the twos (for whatever it's worth, given the twos are traveling about as well as the ones). So be interesting to see how he goes at the next level. Hopefully Lambert markII when he was initially upgraded.BrisTiger24 said:With McKenzie and McIntosh on the LTIL, Short stays elevated and we can promote another - Marcon?
Quite!Midsy said:Anyone know where Morris was at the time of the incident?

He is our only big-bodied, skilful mid at present. Why on earth would you take him out and make him play forward more, apart from occasional rest down there?
But McIntosh could turn into our version of Kripps.
Juffaricho said:Same with Deledio and why I ripped everyone for years when he played as a mid at the contest. Both Lids and Dusty are above average mids but waaaaaaayyyyy above average fwds (or in Lids case, HB, wing, HF). So, you can replace them in the mids with a slight downgrade (e.g. K-Mac and Miles) but you still have the monster advantage in the fwd line that results in significantly higher scoring percentage on inside 50''s. Net value to the team is way higher.
