Hartigan has King, Raines, White, Casserley in front of him already as smaller defenders who can also play midfield

King: Yes
Raines: After this season it's questionable whether he offers more but seems a 'preferred' choice.
White: No
Casserley: Unknown

Seeing as he's at the end I think Hartigan is one that from the outside seems to have been treated tougher than most by Wallace.
Has barely been given an opportunity in the seniors where others have been given endless chances.

I voted keep too BTW.

had good form at coburg and got his chance against the hawks where he was terrible, fitness was not an issue after a good spell in the 2's

i rated him higher than jackson for a long time but has never seemed able to step up when required

His courage, endeavour and determination are good points but unfortunately he would be the most unskilled player on our list - surely he must go.

Gone!!!!! Take White with you....
It's only White's 2nd year, certainly wouldn't be the first kid to have 2nd year blues, that's where the bloody name came from

Like him as a player, Hardness I like.

However I think he clashes with the coaches and hence won't play.

I would think he may have low trade value as well. could get a late pick.

Dont recon hes had much chances this year. He was injured for a fair while but looked unsettled in the ones.
Hardo was great at the cannons. For some reason wallas dont seem to give him a go. If given a few games to string together and settle into the side he'd kick some ass imo.
Wallas never gave roden enough of a go after his knee, but hes kicken ass ok now.

Looks hopelessly out of sorts fitness-wise.

Will he ever recover? Does he do the core work he's been set? Is he fair dinkum about the rehab?

I like Hartigan a lot but he hasn't been fit for two years. Assess. Keep if we can get his body right and if he's fair dinkum about it.

i have no issues with his injuries it is his lack of foot skills that sugest he needs to move on. if our team had a much higher ratio of skilfull players the he would be a possible keeper but we haven't so he needs to find another club.

50/50

Smalls by 20
Mediums by 22.

Depends whether you consider him a small or a medium.
Could be good reasonable trade bait.

Really liked him early on an thought he was 100 gamer for sure, but due to his continued injury run I would probally delist ,be surprised if any team would trade for him but wouldnt be shocked if he was re drafted

Wouldn't be surprised or upset if he was delisted but I'd be happy to keep him ahead of numerous other lemons on the list. He showed something in his first couple of years but for some reason has gone backwards. He's got a bit of mongrel and desire in him but his skill level has really dropped off lately.

With so many other hacks on the list I'd give him another year.

Delist.

I'll be sorry to see him go because of his grunt, but he's injury prone and has poor foot skills. We can't keep players like this on our list if we are serious about improving.
