Well, well, all of you. probably nobody on PRE has been a Tiger supporter/member longer than this little black duck. I can go back to the good old days of the 40's and 50's and beyond. I have seen the good times...the premierships and terrible losses. the great players and the hopeless. The good times and the bad.
Nothing from the past equates with the last few years though. Since 1980, we have hardly earned the title of a superior AFL side. It breaks all our hearts, and I can understand some of the feelings expressed on here. We can't undo what has happened, all we can do is to continue to support the club, and look forward to perhaps better results in the future, however long that may take. My lady love, who has lived in the USA for the past 30 years, is now a Tiger supporter, and she can see the down side, and is already suffering Tiger depression, but she like me, is looking for a brighter future.
