Very sorry to TOOheys who has been starting these topics recently. Which have been a great read & gauge of PRE's thoughts on players.
One that hasn't been done, & not sure if it would have been is Matt White.
For Leysy, he's one of the 1st on the chopping block. Love his endeavour & work ethic, however just cant see where the upside is coming from. Even though legs get pumping he lacks pace, doesnt use the ball particularly well, leysy just doesnt see any special qualities that he brings to the table.
Sure he's still young, but there are plenty of others even at Coburg that leysy would much prefer we be giving our time & resources to. I.e a player like Nick Carnell who does everything Matt does only better & I believe has far more chance of success at a higher level than Matt. Incidentally they are both the same age.
Not sure of his contract situation, (whispers are that he is contracted for next year, If so when will we ever learn not to give fringe players more than one year deals). i.e Hyde.....
