When Frawley was told his contract would not be renewed he stayed on till the end of the season.
Both he and the club admitted it was the wrong thing to do.
The same applies here with Wallace.
Our confidence is shot, on all fronts.
Our kids are being subjected to a crap game plan, bad coaching and a bad culture.
It is clear that the players are not playing for him or any of his assistants.
How can a team that won 11 games last year, was touted as finalists this year, play so badly in it's first 4 games?
Start the cleanout NOW!
Appoint Sheedy to take over for the rest of the year as mentor to someone or do it himself and bring in a winning mentality, that can be carried into next year.
Sign Hardwick up for 3 years not 5, and get the ball rolling.
Don't let Wallace and his cronies continue to stuff up the careers of players who are our future.
Change the direction that the club is going in, clean out the crap and start building for 2010 now.
Pay Wallace out for God's sake!
