That could easily happen if the Swans meet O'Keefe's cash demands

$600,000 per season, he ain't worth that much. Only Carlton would be dumb enough to pay that

Doubt if Blues or any other club would pay that.He's dreaming.

No, Carlton would be dumb enough to pay him $500,000 under the salary cap. Visy Board would cover the rest, he could become an environmental ambassador.
 
how can the blues fit fev, judd, murpyh ,stevens and make a play for warnock and o`keef in the salry cap? not to mention twigley as well im sure she is on payroll somewhere.
hopefully this will blow up in there face again .lets all pray and go to church every sunday for this to happen
 
as I said on the other thread about this - this is excellent news - now we cannot be tempted to take him for way more than he would be worth! I would have liked Cartoon to have taken him though - just to see them hurting in a few more years. Oh well, I will have to hope they get Warnock and he turns out to be as valuable to them as Hackland has been >:D
 
i'd hate to say it coz i hate the eagles but i'm glad of this. would have felt sick if carlton landed him

why do so many ppl think carlton are over the cap? they have judd, fev and stevens thats it, the rest of the list would be on average player payments

contrary to popular belief gibbs and kreuzer are not on 400k

They may not be yet, but they'll want those sorts of figures soon enough

The questions are raised when the difference between minimum 92.5% TPP payments and 100% TPP is about $500k
