Because maybe he is not the cause of what is going on? Maybe it wouldn't have mattered who coached? Maybe it is the RFC that is the problem and not Wallace?
Have you thought of that?
For the record I am not saying this is my view - but an open mind is important....

RFC won't re-sign Wallace, he's a dead man walking. Even if he was not to blame for the entire fiasco that RFC have become, he's the Coach and the buck stops with him with regards to players performing on the field, so he has to go.
No its time to move on, a new coach for a new dawn, one with some promise I hope.
