Do we have any?

Every week I watch us kick to the back pocket. Then kick back to the goalsquare. Then a further chip 20 metres away. We just don't seem to be able to break out of the opposition's zone with any system.

Which begs the question...

If the zone is so effective, then why don't we employ one? Every week we see the opposition form a huddle at CHB and then break into space, with a second wave spreading to the wings for the second kick. It just seems too easy.

Do we have a strategy for kicking in?

And do we have a strategy for opposition kick-ins?

the first kick from a point is usually Ok but the second kick is where it really breaks down

There is less that a handful of players who are prepared to run hard to create space or options

I am sick of our players lazy efforts time and time again

This is where Hughes was good. the lead-up option at the second kick. but what im more concerned about is when the opposition is kicking in.

Kick ins were nearly always short to a pocket....follow up delivery and 3rd options were deplorable
