Quiz question. Most Accurate Season in History min 30 shots at goal?

Yes best kicking season in the history of the game. :-)

Wow I never knew that, I will be sure to use that statistic at some point :)

Was that in 96 he broke his leg?

It never ceases to amaze me how often when a player misses a set shot he should have got, the trajectory of the ball followed precisely the direction they walked in ... they just didn't walk in towards the goals. One of White's tonight did exactly that.

Yet another game where goal kicking inaccuracy cost us (in this case %)

We were 5.11 at one stage 31% and finished 16.16 (50%)

From memory this has been a trend ie poor accuracy for the first quarter or 2 then getting better in the 2nd half.

I wonder what might cause this trend?

It's not like they're hard shots either. The look on the player's faces tells you that they are going to miss before they kick.

Had a better accuracy rate than Bernie Quinlan over his career. As he likes to remind people.
The year he kicked 90 he was was more accurate that BT the year he kicked a hundred. Should slip that into the commentary as well.
