With all the hullaballoo about the dud, surely TW will be rubbing his hands with glee.

The Saints look likely to bit play "the white Stevie Wonder", so who do they drop? Blake or Rix? They seriously lack rucking ability anyway and get away with it because of the strength of Dal Santo, Harvey, Hayes etc.
Coming up against the "All Aust" ruckman in Simmo ;D, if our guys can start like they did against Collingwood and back themselves and run and run and run we can expose their lack of speed. Tucky and Sugar need to fight tooth and nail on the bottom of the packs to get the ball out to Lids, Tambo and Foley.
Our game plan the last 2 weeks has fallen over in a big heap, caution needs to be thrown out the window.

The kids need to be given the licence to back themselves and use the open spaces of the G. Man on man we can't match it with them but noone thought Port could either!

Fine weather all this week and forecast for Saturday means no lock down stoppage footy.

Back the kids Terry, they are quick enough and good enough to run the lines and break up the play and really put pressure on the Saints backline.

taking my biased richmond hat for a second, i think they're crazy considering kosi. too risky on their part, he is nowhere near ready

Mate this so called dud your talking bout is better then almost anyone we got on our list when fit and peaking.

This so called "dud" ripped us a new one last year, remember????

Kosi a dud? Methinx you've been sniffing the white powder. In form and fit he's the best big man playing the game. In a word he's awesome.

Kosi is not in form, nor is he fit. The Saints are almost playing a man short. Personally I think it's another indication of how little respect Thomas has for Richmond.

As usual the opposition are throwing a party with the tigers as the guests of honour. This times is a welcome back party and what better team to bring Koschitzke for. Should be able to run around the witches hats known as the Tigers backline and get away unscathed. Thomas probably thought this weeks games just another training session anyway. The only collision will occur this week is the tigers bumbling fumbling backline running into each other. With a party happening could be time to invite the clown entertainment and bring back Ray Hall.

What better game to get him back into some form. Always happens against us.

We've broken a few hoodoos this year, how about this one as well, stop the opposition from playing their players into form against the Tigers. Of course it may not happen, Kosi may do himself an injury running through the banner.

If I remember correctly Raines held the rodent Milne quite handily last time.

I agree that Kosi is a dud and its a sad state off affairs that this never will be, gets so much publicity.
However, like most duds and first gamers, he will dominate against the tigers.
Hopefully Bozo the clown Hall, wont be his opponent.

:hihi :rofl Bozo the Clown Hall :rotfl :hihi

even the brightsiders'ed have to have a chuckle at that call.

Not a dud?

From the Saints web site.

"Saints Biography
The ace in the St Kilda pack, Koschitzke can play a key role anywhere on the ground. The only concern is his fitness – he missed 11 games in 2005, including both finals, with quad and hamstring problems. Was devastating mid-year when he clocked 94 possessions, 48 marks, 53 hitouts, 19 goals and 11 Brownlow votes in a scintillating five-game spell.

Draft history: 2000 National AFL Draft 1st round selection (St Kilda) No. 2 overall."

Pick No 2 in 2000 draft, has played just 73 games out of a possible 131 to date. 55%.

Apart from the glowing report of "Was devastating mid-year when he clocked 94 possessions, 48 marks, 53 hitouts, 19 goals and 11 Brownlow votes in a scintillating five-game spell" this bloke hasn't done anything because he is injury prone, has proved he has no peripheral vision and is just not a natural footballer.
After 5 years there are now even greater doubts as to whether or not he can live up to being a No 2 pick.

Yes he did kick 5 on us last year, but as Riewoldt and Gherig know delivery from their midfield is what it should be with the high draft picks they have had.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but IMHO the future says Stkilda won't win a flag in the next 5 years.
They are coached poorly, rely too much on Hamill (when he's playing....... :-X), miss Austin Jones enormously and for the talent they have, have underperformed greatly.
