Other pre's that were at the game may agree, or may not. But yesterday v port, the amount of times Tiger players ran into eachother, had 2 or 3 players go for a mark and spoil eachother and ignore the open man, was just bordering on ridicluous.
It seems to me that they really have a lack of talk going on, as this wouldnt be happening if they were communicating well! It is so frustrating when WE can see a player that is GOING to take a mark, and then another tiger runs in and they both miss it, or spoil eachother.

Is it just me being really picky on the game, or can other peope see this as well??

Tigatam,
You're right.
But what annoys me most about the lack of talk, is when team-mates refuse to shepherd for a start, but then also don't warn the player with the ball they are going to get tackled from behind.
We got caught a few times yesterday holding the ball, because of our team-mates not aiding the player with the ball, either by physical force (shepherd, bump, etc) or lack of talk (yelling 'You're hot', or something).
It's selfish footy, but the type of footy you expect from a club full of introverts, a team with no confidence, and a team of players now playing for their own individual careers.

The next few weeks are going to be ugly! :help
(Sydney, Geelong, and Eagles....all away) :-[

It's getting to that panic time of the year when the players realise they could well be getting the arse at the end of the year & selfishness comes into their play. It will only get worse before the year is out. Be prepared for at least one more 100 point thrashing by the end of Round 22.

It really showed up yesterday. Why didn't anyone tell Jackson he was going to get caught, everyone was just looking on as per usual. We could see it and were yelling out. So many times a player was in the open, but the ball carriers decision was woeful After the first quarter I thought we were in for a really good show.
