Let me be the first to say on this thread that Dean Laidley is a wanker and has no feelings in the game!
He ended the careers of Mick Martin and Anthony Stevens prematurely with Big Mick anting his 300th and Stevo clearly rareing to go around 1 more time! Both play huge parts in the Kangas past 10 years and the fans love seeing them run around. CHOPPED by Laidley! If Arch wasnt loved by the fans that much or if they werent so pissed about the Mick and Stevo then sadly Arch would be gone too!
Now he is unwilling big Sav to play 100 games for north or include him in games. The bloke can play and can take a grab. He has Thomo and Sav as well as plenty of tall options but week in week out plays small forward line ups!!! Sav kicked 5 goals early this year and snares a couple each week in limited ground time with some massive grabs!
Im not a Roos supporter or dont really like em much but after speakig to a passionate bloke who's close to the club it seems noone down there is happy with him!! It seems they have their own version of
"THE SPUD"
The resemblence is silly, one good season tried to top up, kept sinking. Sacked legends of the club still capable (Knights) and look worried in the box with no gameplan towards the end of their days!
