1. We are a long long way away form making an impact on finals. And I mean more then 12 months
2. The midfield is poor. Tuck lacks polish, Kane Johnson is just finished
3. The defence is inexperienced, skinny and its time for Polak to do what hes paid for and actually take the best opposition forward. I dont care how good he looks sweeping across half back he was recruited to play CHB on the oppositon key forward high time that was done
4. Overall the skill level is dismal, the players dont work hard enough and their is a severe lack of spark amongst the group. I would also drop Raines he is having a terrible season. Lacks awareness and polish
