When was the last time the tiges played a draw?
Last nights was my first in 20 odd years of membership.....

Felt flat after the siren, no song playing, no fans singing, no atmosphere at all.

Anyone?

Against the Bummers in 1995 is the only one I remember. it was dead silent after the game. So weird and nobody knew whether to laugh or cry.

Last one for me was the bumbers in 95 (I think)

Game sucked, bombers supporters arrogant pigs. Wanted to kill the original diver Wanganeen. Hated Essendon ever since

Try to remember that there is always a silver lining if you look hard enough. You need five wins to miss out on a priority pick. Four wins and a draw still aren't five wins. We are going to win more than one game this season when we get Simmons back, we have been getting close for multiple weeks now. It would be criminal if we go through a season like this one and we don'y get the priority pick which we desperately need. Last year Essenodon's priority pick after the first round was ruddy Leroy Jetta. Love to have that guy or his equivalent on our list.

Really don't think you have to worry too much about having too many wins Brettsbaby. After last night I don't see too many wins coming up. Freo away..not likely....confidence shot.... Melb.....originally thought we might win this one, but they looked good yesterday. Who else is there on the radar?? Not too many, if any.

Bombers game in 95 was the last draw this club has had.

Way I look at it. If we don't win, we lose. Simple as that. We lost last night, and I'm not shocked or surprised at all.

Last nights game was nothing like our last Draw. Some comentators had the 95 draw as the game of the season the standard was so high. An undermanned Richmond took on Essendon at full strength underlihgts at the G and we shoud've won. :'(

Agree with tiger74, the essendon supporters after the game were pigs, they knew they were lucky to get the draw. But we got our revenge in the 2nd semi! ;)
