And, before then, you’re more than welcome to attend the two teams’ training session at Punt Road this Wednesday evening (June 7) from 5pm.

thought i'd just add to this.
Channel 10 weather will be broadcasting from Punt Road tomorrow night to promote the game, so if you cant get down there to watch flick on the ten news and have a look.

I'll be there chaparoning Crazy John around. They asked me to wear the suit myself but I am not pantomime enough :cutelaugh

Some of those blokes should be made to present a medical certificate and confirmation that they have income and death and tpd insurance.

Not Barry Rowlings - fair dinkum could step out there today if he's held his condition from the 2004 Legends game at Punt Road. He was a standout for mine - precision passes, superb baulks and still some pace - it was great to watch him at such close quarters. he missed 2005, but I see is back for 2006! Get along ppl!

Genuine concern. Was it Billy Barrott who had a heart attack during the game a couple of years back???

Tiger great stable

By Emma Quayle
July 21 2003

Former Richmond great Billy Barrot was yesterday taken to hospital after he had a heart attack during a Tiger Legends' game at Punt Road Oval.

Barrot, 59, who played in the 1967 and 1969 Richmond premierships, became ill after the half-time break and was taken to Epworth Hospital.

A club spokesman said Barrot was in a stable condition.

The game came after the Tigers' Hall of Fame dinner. Tom Hafey and Kevin Bartlett were named as yellow and black immortals alongside Jack Dyer.

Don't worry - that's why they have a bench for both sides of about 8-10 players :o :hihi

I'm really looking forward to the Legends Game...reminds me of the olden days getting there early to watch the ressies and I'm really excited about getting back to the G. Amazing the season is 9 weeks old and we've only had one chance to sit in our new "red" seats .
