Port were the right side at the right time with the right amount of niggle, skill and mongrel to beat the Champion Lions that day.

In the back of my memory, i tend to remember around the early 2000's that it was found that Lynch was using steroids, but they allowed it as he claimed it was to deal with chronic fatigue syndrome.

To be honest, watching him try to fight, is like watching a typical body builder trying to fight. All weight, and no flexibility or idea how to accelerate it through a target.

How much of a goose is Chris Scott ?
He might be right.
Maybe Richmond are "no Hawthorn, or Brisbane" (or Geelong but I guess he can't say that).
Maybe player for player, talent-wise, we are not as good as those teams were.
I could accept that as an argument in principle.
But we are winning premierships still.
So if the players aren't that good, the difference must be in the coaching.

Maybe he realises that everyone outside Geelong thinks he's an *smile*, so he's doing some PR work.
Gone up a notch or two in my eyes, which means he's only got 5 more to go to break even.
