Super roosters,you may ask?Wonderwoman dressed in a superman outfit?Nah!
My definition of a super rooster....is guys who are an exceptional kick of the footy!
my favorite was Michael roach,or royce hart......God,they kicked goals from 60-70 yards out on a REGULAR basis.......Jimmy Jess was a bit of a ball-burster too....
Then,I can recall Jeff fehrings monster torpedo from the middle of the ground at Morrabin I think it was in the 70,s......then Malcom Blight against caaaaarlton....same era....what was so special about that one was it won the kangarooos the game after the sireN
In modern days?Wirripunda kicks em into next week when he connects......
So does Anthony Rocca.......and even fev has proved himself to be a pretty good proposition from outside the 50......here,s one for phantom....whats richo,s percentage from outside 50?It would be better than close up i reckon!Now i know that ben graham was a pretty fair roost.....but did bugger-all else in the big scheme of thing eh!
Anyway...over to you good people....any other names who could kick ive missed out on?Go for it! ;D
