Was just browsing the Telstra DOme website and came across this lil snippet

Scroll down to the AFL prices...and look at the columns for level 3!!

This was certainly not the case for the games there in Round 1 or 2 !!

This is going to add considerably to the cost of a day at the footy...not to mention the logistics of all the extra queuing for tickets it will entail!!

Not happy Jan....can anyone shed any light on it or care to contact TD and find out what the hell is going on??

Changing seating criteria afer 3 rounds...anythings possible with Collo in charge!!
 
The change is that previously Level 3 was all walk-up seating. If this apparent new plan goes thru...at home games we will have to pay to sit virtually anywhere on Level 3 whereas up til today we didnt!!

IF we are the away team...then its $31 instead of $18.50!!!

Personally I think its worth making a stink about...if you are taking a family to the game do the maths!!
 
I've had a look, not sure what you're getting at. In the level 3 column, there is no extra cost as a club member, you just scan your membership card at the gate. It only costs extra if it's a designated seat match, which is what I gather the last 3 columns are about.

It quite clearly says: Listed below are the prices for tickets purchased in advance.

Club support A.F.L membership just scan you card and walk in. If u want level 1 then it's just a booking fee or get one at the ticket office if u are early enough.It's well worth the money. But for your average family i'ts probably a bit dear but thats the way our great game is headed im afraid.
