I find the use of peoples real names in relation to posts they have made under an alias offensive.
Very ordinary form Rosy!

May have been asked why he wasn't playing and wanted the reason knownZoso said:Why would a club president go and post this on a forum? :![]()

but no wait theres a teeny weeny chance that an overachieving team may make finals, it just wouldnt do to further the development of a promising player best we forget about that part of our jobs.

The gist was that it was in case he was needed at Richmond because he was to be the one selected if there was a late change. He was named as an emergency that week and I'm not sure but I think it's the game Jacko came in as the late change.
It's interesting that Andrew isn't named in the Coburg 1s again this week. Is he being hidden away or isn't he ready yet?
What role would Andrew play at Richmond? If he was as close to selection as Lil says, and being named as emergency indicates, would he be a suitable inclusion if Kingy misses a game? I haven't seen him play and don't know what his assets and style of play is like.
If we want to go down that path of delisting a kid and hopefully picking him up again as a rookie i would go with either Meyer[Hip problems] or Casserly[soft tissue issues].I doubt either of those 2 would be on anyone else,s radar. In particular Casserly.One-eyed Tiger said:Is there any chance that the club may delist and rookie him whilst he develops more physically.
This is fraught with danger as Freo were intending to do this with before we snaffled him.
If so playing him in the reserves would keep him somewhat hidden away from other clubs.
He would obviously come straight back onto the senior list as Pettifer and Polak will be on the LTIL.
How many do we have to delist at years end? I can't see us delisting any more than the minimum.
The only certainties I can see going are Tiv and Hyde and maybe Graham who shouldn't have been elevated.

Just enough to have a pop at the club. It's like fruit and veg, he needs five a day.pharace said:For a bloke in WA, you sure know a bit about Coburg Reserves...................... ;D
Pretty sure that's not the case, when a player is delisted by a club with the intention to rookie him then the player doesn't train with another club. He still ended up as a rookie, so there was no gain for him in trainin elsewhere and given his fitness it was unlikely to be anything else.One-eyed Tiger said:Is there any chance that the club may delist Collins and then rookie him and elevate him straight away?
