Without question the list has improved under Terry Wallace (as if it could have seriously got any worse?). That doesn't mean however that the list is being managed well or that realistically we are going to be anything better than middle of the road at best for the forseeable future. But obviously since we aren't finishing 16th anymore the list has improved. It's as simple as that...

Glad to read a topic like this. In simple terms it says that we are improving and heading in the right direction. A fact I don't think some people believe at times.
Obviously a few have questioned recruiting decisions and accused GM of spin doctoring. But the facts are that both TW and GM are extremely experienced, and they know what is required to build our club. Clearly these two men are at our club at the right time and I doubt our future would look as good as it does without them.
I don't expect every decision they make to be the right one. I don't expect every kid on the list to be a super star. I don't expect to make the finals for 15 years in a row. But I do think we have the best opportunity of gettting the majority of our decisions correct with TW and GM in charge.
In a nut shell, I would expect the vast majority of supporters to think the next 20 years will be a hell of a lot more enjoyable than the previous 20.
