looking for 1980 home and away footage

looking for tv replays of home and away games from season 1980.

i have tried both channel 7 and channel 2, and neither can help.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'd love that too langers. I'm not sure if there is any footage from that era on the Richmond history kind of dvds. Could be but it's a while since I watched them. The GF was good that year.

I have a VHS tape called "That was the season that was - 1980". But that's quite easy to buy from AFL video so i suppose you have that?

looking for old richmond games [Merged]

i am looking for tiger victories over Hawthorn from seasons 2000-2005, there are 6 in all for this period:

2000 r11 - undermanned 3 point win
2002 r20 - friday night 20 pt win
2003 r5- comeback from 45 points down in 2nd qtr
2004 r6 - 1 pt thriller
2005 r2 - first win in about 8 months, by 14 pts
2005 r21 - 4 pt win in a shootout, pettifer kicks the winner in the last minute

i am aware that name a game probably have all these, but have had too much troubles with them in the past, and their prices are a bit high.

looking fto find someone here who i can maybe swap footage with in exchange.

please advise if you can help

I have some of these on name-a-game DVDs I think. Can't be sure until I get home later today but I know I have the comeback game at least, probably some more.

Aren't you the one who gave me that 7 minutes of footage from the 1977 game?

I have the 2003 game (and it was 51 points we came back from) and the R21 2005 game. And to be honest I'm surprised I don't have the rest - I thought I was buying every Richmond win around that time.

I've never seen that game. I was at my uncle's funeral but of course kept a bit of a check on the scores when I could . Went into the service thinking we were up for a 100+ point flogging and couldn't beleive it when I next heard we'd won. Not a real good look being so excited and happy at a funeral. I'm sure Uncle Ray would understand though.

How much did we win by?

Langers you've got me very frustrated. I've been searching for my copy, and as far as I know the only copy in existance, of the 1995 game where we defeated the Hawkers in the low scoring game on Lake Waverley. It's one of my all time favourite games and one I really want to watch again but I can't find it. I'm sure it will show up amongst the endless dvds and videos we have. I certainly hope so. Good excuse for a clean out cos I won't stop thinking about it till I find it. ullhair

I have a video marked Rd 3 2005 vs Hawkers. Will plonk it on one day and see whether it's the round or the year that is wrong.

my fav is the following round. I had a mate who is a north supporter who always hung it on me when we played them... until R4 1995. We're not that close anymore :hihi
