Yeah, I jumped the gun. I've never heard of 'digitally' penetrating or digital rape before....

Why is it hard?

Thats a phrase they use for using the hands, fingers = digits.

Why do you think its hard to prosecute on rape cases? Its pretty obvious, so many rape cases are he says, she says type scenarios, its why people that want to rape try and isolate women, no independent witnesses.

A conviction will likely need more than just the girls say so, hence why rape cases invariably have a low conviction ratio.

I thought taz meant 'generally', anyway, there just seems to be little info on this whole case to understand how and what really happened.

what an entitled calculating nasty *smile*.

four huge breaches of trust

1. The victim
2. His 'girlFriend'
3. his male friend, and
3. His family (home)

Just the immediate stuff they have released around tampering with evidence around a friends uber receipts to make it look like he wasn't there shows some level of deception. We'll never be given all the details, you rarely do, they are known by the people that were in the courtroom.

Deception alright. All I read was that he went to bed with his girlfriend and then when the victim's boyfriend left, he went to her bed.....WTF is this d-head thinking?? 2 women in 1 night.

Agree. So to that end, without having read about this case until now, what’s the hard core, definitive proof behind this guilty verdict ? She said… he said. Girlfriend said (interesting). But so what ?

Altering the Uber receipt ? That could have been as he proferred, an action under the pressure of a false accusation.

There’s no body fluids. There’s no witnesses. So what was the actual proof of the action having been committed I wonder ?

As you say, these things are hard to get guilty verdicts on so there has to be some stuff being left out of this story, surely ?

Yes, certain aspects are left out. If they weren't they would reveal law enforcement tradecraft.
