Luke McGuane?

I have posted here several times my impression of Luke McGuane...sorry I dont do impressions.  But the game I saw him play at Sandringham he did a few "special" things and I hope he's injury free in 06.  A little bit of luck and patience and people will be saying McGuane was a steal at (whatever number he was picked at?)

Pick 36 in the 2004 ND.

I dont have big hopes for either Limbach or McGaune.

Mind you i bloody hopful.
Tell us what you do have high hopes for ?

Not many of the big fellers.

We'd be in abit of strife if *smile* and/or Patto didnt come good.

Thursfeilds, Moore, McGaune, Limbach I wont be holding my breath for.

How do you think we will fare this season if Richo goes down??

How do you think we would have gone last year if he went down??

In my humble opinion we may have got a priority pick if Richo goes down 6 rounds in!
Hence the root of all our probs

RICHO WAS NOT THE MESSIAH

Lot of if`s there pal

One finals series with the boy upright and he didn`t get a kick in that one ::)

The question was " What do you have high hopes for not "NOT"

Luke was kind enough to stop and have a chat at the locker night a couple of months ago, had just finished school for the day. He seemed very level headed and was raring to go for next season.

He certainly looked a lot heavier than 76 kg that night.

Do you want to repeat the question so that it is understandable.

Bob Marley has been on the weed - what is the question?

Read through your previous post quote by quote and it will become clear .

Been wanting to post a McGuane vs Limbach post for ages.
Now that Hughes has arrived these boys would or should be busting their guts to play seniors this season.
Those who've seen these boys at the Burgers would be best placed to know. Strengths, weakness? Will they make it?

Oldie i have actually seen a lot of Limbach at training as well as for Coburg seniors and ressies. To be honest the boy has been a lazy trainer in 05 as well as showing not very much at all in the Coburg seniors altho seemed very comfy in Coburg ressies which is a bit of a worry for mine.
However the boy has got this season to step it up a level or three to at least show improvement and become a solid contributer for Coburg as the boy wont play senior footy for mine at RFC if he does i will be very pleasantly surprised.

McGuane havent seen much of except on the training track due to his injuries but he does move well and is a good mark and also looks a little bigger than Limbach, from a quick glimpse i would think that McGuane may have more to offer the Tigers at this stage but both of the boys need to step it up big time in 06 or at least one of em will get the chop ala poor ol Archie if not both (even tho i dont want that id like to see em get a shot at it)
