Sick of being smirked at when I reveal I'm a tigers supporter.

I know how you feel Ocker. When I was a youngster I was mighty PROUD to say I follow the Tigers. :cupgold

Now when people ask who I follow I'm like: "Umm, the ahhh uummm Tigers" :-[ :-[ :-[

It usually fluctuates, its not a severe condition but every now and then it gets tough. You learn to live with it, people can see that it does affect your personal life and it puts alot of strain on your professional career.

At the end of the day when you finally get over the fact that your football club is Richmond, your condition is much more tolerabel.

Monday's and Tuesday's (especially when Terry does his press conference) your condition doesnt look good at all.

Well, today I am actually feeling a little lighter (not coz of the OMO ;))
The last 12 hours have tempered my fed-upness - is that a word?
Rance IN Petticoat OUT
Morton IN Toothendale OUT

and then the news that Freezer is back into the fold...(man, I loved him as captain).

Could this strange / unusual sensation I'm feeling be called optimism?

Sick of the spin.
Sick of the stuff - ups with recruiting.
Sick of playing players clearly not up to it (or over it).
Sick of the mediocrity.
Sick of being smirked at when I reveal I'm a tigers supporter.
Sick of the selectors not having the nuts to just play the damn kids (we will all understand you know - we don't care if we lose while our cubs are learning and getting valuable experience).
Sick of Terry Wallace.
Sick of Brian Royal.
Sick Of Greg Miller.
Sick of the inconsistancy.
Sick of empty expectation.

Sick of feeling sick of it.

good on you ronnit - I do similar and arm myself with some facts about the filth and scum for those occassions - like the scum being the worst performed for this century so far and filth I always ask how many cups they have in the last 50 years! This stops them a little but I never deny I support the Tigers - in fact I am proud and loud about it and god help anyone that has a soft shot at me for that!

I am one of the lucky ones that remembers back to our hay day era so I know how much it hurts to be at the bottom and for so long. Stick in there - our time will come - I just hope it is in my lifetime! :hmm
