Not sure if it's already been mentioned anywere but seeing March and Wallace link arms and singing the club song together sent out a very strong message to everyone, no matter what happens off the field, the club's success comes first.

But i'm sure no media will mention it because it's not sensational enough for them.

I didn't see it Jezza but I certainly heard about it in the media.

Channel 10 mentioned it last night and also said they thought it was great ;)

arm in arm from left to right belting out Tigerland were - Craig Cameron, Terry Wallace, Gary March

Whatever and whenever it happens with TW, the club has handled this about as well as could be hoped, regardless of all the hysterical media coverage.

I agree Ghostie

Regardless of last night, I feel if it wasnt Tw's last year the club would be in a much better position. I cant help but feel we somewhat put oursleve's in this position. Announcing if we dont make finals TW is out was a foolish statement. Everyone knew it i just dont think it needed to be a statement. I think March should come out and put this whole "when's TW last game" thing the media are currently playing thing to bed. March should announce TW will be coaching all of 09 and thats it. We have gained nothing from sacking coaches, you only need to look at our history. You are all going to think im mad but i still think TW is the best man for the club right now.

just as an aside i wonder if our sponsors like *smile* smith and Luxbet welcome any publicity irrespective if its good or bad

Richmond will always attract a decent sponsor, because we sell papers whether we are winning or loosing. I think DickSmith and Luxbut would prefer to have there labels viewd on GF day.
