March doesn't want to strip list.....

This thread is a typical PRE over-reaction.

From one sentence, "We are interested in anyone who we see as a potential coach who can develop our list, and can take this list into a finals series", the initiator of this thread, and many followers, automatically assume that March doesn't want any turnover of the list.

What if he had said "We are interested in anyone who we see as a potential coach who can develop our list, and can take this list club into a finals series"? It has a different meaning doesn't it? But should it really make that much difference? In two years time, even if the club is able to turnover 16 players, most of the list will be the same so really the club and the list are the same thing anyway - at least in the context of this sentence.

The negative spin that's doctored by some posters on this site is as bad as the spin that we've been hearing from HeWhoShallNotBeNamed over the last 5 years.

Take a bex and have a good lie down everyone.

I took this article more as keeping the door open to the likes of Malthouse and Williams applying for the gig.

Given the media has been saying we want a young coach, this may be about not scaring off the older candidates.

Agree.

RFC should get the BEST coach available.

Not a statement " we went for youth or experience type " of argument !

Whoever puts the hat in the ring should be considered. Have them present their views about our entire list, direction and action plan (1-2 yrs and long term building to sustain success).

Any prospective coach comes up with this BS we need to bottom out it should be thanks for applying, don't call us, we'll call you.
