We didn't believe we could beat a team that has won 3 games in 30 odd, that we beat by 80 in round 22 last season and that will be tanking for pick 1 & 2 this season???

Actually I assumed this was a typo or Rosy was busy and I ignored it as didn't want to be seen as nit picking but I heard March say the opposite.

They asked him can we still turn it around and can he see us improving and he said we STILL have belief in the playing group BUT we are playing a shocking style of football and our form is atrocious. (not sure of exact labels he used but that was the level of dissaproval he spoke at). Everything else Rosy said was spot on, in he spoke about out mental weakness/issues as a playing group etc.

Personally I think this is all nitpicking while we are low. Most of our people are on a highway to a hiding right now anytime they get in front of the media.

I would prefer some honesty at the club and some frank assesments. Anyone who doesn't think there are people breathing over Terry's shoulder for his job are kidding themselves, worse yet, anyone who thinks "Gee we loose today and Terry could be gone" isn't going through their brains wether or not we state we have backups is kidding themsleves also.

There will be plenty wanting to read between lines right now, let alone nitpicking, and you are absolutely right - better the club give candour than long winded explanations, less for people to make up new stories around.
