Mark Blake (What the)

At the Cats game at Skilled stadium this year they gave him a standing ovation for about 5 mins for kicking his first ever goal.No thanks, the type of player who only looked decent due to the Cats brillant midfield.

I know we need another ruckman, but we need a ruckman that has good disposal also. Blake cannot kick the thing at all. Can not wait til Simmonds is up and firing. Miss his influence on a game.

If Miller trades for Blake .............................................. :veryupset :veryupset

I am well aware of the need for ruck depth but no point trading for trades sake.

Miller is once again starting to worry me with this diatribe.

Did i hear right, Richmond showing interest in Mark Blake. I think we have had enough Geelong rejects over the years. ???

Its bad enough having angus graham on the list who has a funny kicking action.....well blake is a cult hero at the cats...why, cause he himself has an awkard kicking style....No Thanx! PASS

No i dont like scurrilous rumour Astute ;)

Was on SEN just at end of Feineys show.

Good to hear Craig....Whats the go with Cameron wood, is he a chance for the tiges?

dont even think the tiges have actively done much bout Cam, but i think they wouldve asked about him in the 15 min they had with Brizzy today surely.

From the Age.

Collingwood, like the Tigers and Saints, were declaring their interest in Brisbane ruckman Cameron Wood. The Magpies were contemplating the possibility of giving up their first-round pick, selection 14, to put the contracted 20-year-old into a black-and-white jumper.

Given the higher draft positions of both Richmond and St Kilda, who are eyeing Wood in the event that they miss out on Blake, the Magpies believe that it might take their first-round selection to win the day.

"He's under contract so we have to satisfy them (Brisbane) as well as convincing him to come," Collingwood football operations manager Geoff Walsh said.

I used to get excited at trade week, seeing who we'd pick up.

This year i'm just scared! :o

McMahon, Blake, Hooper... please don't be true

No way Blake would come to us if St Kilda is offering that sort of money thank god. Looks like Scumwood are seriously interested in Wood too which would count us out.

tiger 6969, again very astute and to the point blake is no beterr than patterson, lets look for some quality

Pattison is heaps better than Blake. Blake is a mess of a player and he is uglier than Patto and that's saying something !
