Another poster mentioned in the Coburg thread that he and Cass bothed missed due to a hamstring of sorts.

I think we will be lucky if Cogs plays half a season this year due to not playing for so long soft tissue injuries would be the worry more so than doing the knee again if we can play him in 10 games then he will be cherry ripe for 2009!!
 
Correct and good observation Inspector Rex, Cogs will be susceptible to soft tissue injuries.

He will have recurring discomfort in his knee it goes with the territory.

Ligaments and tendons dont have the blood supply of muscles therefore dont heal as well.
