Marlion Pickett!

Innocent until proven and/or admitting guilt and all that.

But geez, it doesn't look good for him. If so, a complete waste for him and to his family.

You ever been called on for jury duty Leysy? i haven't but only because the defence rejected me as a juror when I gave the defence the guilty eye when i were paraded in front of a major drug case that was expected to take 6 months. In my case there was no mind of assuming innocence instead of guilty so they made the right choice to excuse me. The second case i was called for was a child molestation case and same result.

btw -- Midland Police, who have charged Marlion, have had an interesting reputation for a very long time ....
I read something on BF about crims at the casino allowed to continue, but with indigenous, cop treatment is pathetic. Let's not go further into this.

Sounds like the WA coppers have been waiting for him to come back so they could pinch him.
Lucky it was Freo. If it was the Weagles they would have grabbed him at Quarter time and force us to use our sub.

I’m trying to think of there is precedent for that Ant? Wasn’t an ex Collingwood player charged with assault 10 years ago or more and kept playing?

And then there is the opposite problem. I seem to recall an NRL player in recent times getting charged with domestic violence offences and being stood down by the NRL.

Jack someone? I can't remember his name. In the end it turned out his girlfriend or whatever she was had made the whole lot up. He missed a lot of time because of it.

Personally think he should have sued her, but I think he just wanted it gone away.

You have an extremely intimidating presence though Julius.
