Then maybe Rimmau is down at Punt rd helping Plough pick some of the young kids instead of the same old same olds. Hell! He might even remind Plough to give the kid some decent game time as well.

Love the way Matty White plays his footy an have been a critic of his as I have doubts on him making the grade BUT FFS Terry the kid has earnt a shot at it

The only thing I will add here is that he needs to be given an extended run like Mark Coughlan was. They need to say to him that he has the next 8-10 games guaranteed, and to go out and concentrate on just playing footy. To see if these kids can make the grade, you need to unleash them, so remove the fear of being dropped and let them loose for bit.

I agree most heartedly Streaker. At least find out whether they can play a bit. Too few cop the wrath. Up for a game, get interchanged every few minutes, don't get a chance to get into the game, and then are dropped again. The cycle starts anew.
I'd rather persevere with some of these young blokes, cop a bit of pain. Stuff the irate supporters, (explain if you must) but get some game time into them. Rather than just up and down, in and out, 5 years to try and "develop" them. Then start over again with another batch.
No wonder we've not shown much improvement. And if the bloody favourites/high profile players are playing crap (not just an off day) drop them.
Make them earn their spots as well.

Agree Willo, he surely can't be crucified like last year. On for 2 minutes to assist in a rotation and then "hit the pine son". C'mon Terry, give him as good a go as Jake got last year.
