Matthew Lloyd... Goal or dropping the ball?

Thats a goal any day of the week. *smile* off if you think its not because you people are the ones ruining the game and destroying all that makes our game different and unique..... Its bad enough we are losing the spekkie eg K.P's from the weekend that he nearly took. if he had held that the football world would be beside themselves because the umpire had paid hands in the back! to make matters worse it was *smile* RICHO's back (his own teammate)!

Perhaps that's the interpretation - you can't use your hands even on a teammate? Would like him to have held the mark and heard Geischen/Demetriou/anyone try to explain the free kick.

We don't agree with you, on a rule or interpretation, that has been around since forever, so therefore we

A) Agree with the hands in the back rule

and

B) Are ruining the game

Right. ::)

My Taxi driver today wasn't white so he must have been Indian.

See how stupid that statement is??

On your second point. If you knew anything about footy you would know that pushing your own team mate in the back is not and has never been, a free kick. Why would the hands in the back rule be any different?
Punching/racially abusing/kicking etc, your own team mate is another story.

Should have been hands in the back but if that's not paid, then it's a decent goal I reckon.

Listen you. Stop ruining a good rant with factual evidence will ya! And yes...they are against us the mongrels!
On a tenuously related note, whatever happened to the old BULLSH..! chant from the old bay 13 area...Brizzy seems to have usurped it from us.

Nah. As explained on another thread, Richo only had one free kick paid against him, which was the one for pushing Glass (in the side and) out of the contest. The free was paid against Pettifer.
