matty white?

Worst thing in the world (well maybe not worst) is to put a woolen beanie on a freshly shaved head. Generally speaking, it clings like glad wrap and opens up more than it's fair share of cuts n stuff.

A Puntroadend baseball cap would probably go down better :-D

Lot of upside to the young White boy. Incredible stamina and speed, gets to a lot of contests etc. etc.

If he can just get that split second bit of composure just before he kicks the ball such that he can hit a few more targets when he's carrying the ball, he'll be every chance to be a good little player for us.

Absolutely, his disposal was a bit erratic yesterday, he delivered well under pressure on several occasions but also threw in a couple of very dodgy kicks. I was really impressed with his speed, chasing and tackling, esp against reasonable runners like Harry Miller, who he clearly blanketed well in the middle part of the game. With a bit more muscle he will be a very solid, hard-at-it midfield option. He is almost that already. A very promising player.

Didn't recognise Matty at first on Sunday with the 'Prison Break' buzz cut but he certainly caught the eye. He looked to be the fittest bloke out there and didn't stop running all day and showed some good pace. Looks like he'll be a crucial member of the Wallace Dream Team when the five year plan really kicks into gear.

Whitey has been quietly impressive since i first saw him, hard at it, quick and reads play well, if he keeps his form up he will get a run at the expense of Rodan or even better Tivendale. :hihi :hihi :hihi
