MCG seating

Sat Night games usually start at 7:10 but i think with having the curtain raiser and the pre-match formalities it may well start at 7:45. I looked at the afl fixture which starts at 7:45 and the fixture in the Fighting Tiger which says 7:10. Best bet would be for someone to contact the club and post it here.

P.S. Does anyone know if Punt Rd is throwing a Sizzle and some cans ?

I would check with the club, but I doubt it. They rarely do anything for away games at Punt Rd.....which is a shame for big games like this one.

No they now don't open ,only for home games.
We All start off at the Royal nowdays. Get in early & watch the Strippers & Topless barmaids. They also do burgers & sausages & stuff if ya need a feed.

The pre game activities start at 7pm and the match starts 7:45pm.

Not sure about the BBQ, as there is no word on one going by the rfc website.

go toigs i`m sorry i made a little mistake.
because it`s not our home game our cheer squad will be at the other end.
however our grog squad and most of our supporters will still be up your end, which is the punt road end, so you`ll still be amongst a heap of tigers.

Many thanks Mopsy, your advice is much appreciated.

Cheers

Booked our seats on Tuesday over the Internet and could not get anything but the top level. Watched the first quarter from those dizzy heights and saw all the empty seats on level 1. At quarter time we went down and watched the rest of the game amongst all the Essendon members in M13.

There were even more empty seats after 3/4 time. :rofl

This must be a lie. Bomber fans are always saying its RFC members who leave early, and they stay till the end because they are not weak bandwagon jumpers like us
