The collection of lepers that amounts to the Melbourne playing list is 100% of TPP in 2008 according to the Age today.
This is a complete debacle. Whoever is responsible should be hanged.
Who exactly is making the money? Even if Neitz's last contract was backloaded (can't imagine why) only half of it counts in the TPP. Maybe Bruce landed a good deal prior to succumbing to injury.
Perhaps they're paying Jared Rivers, a back pocket player who has at most a dozen in a key slot, based on the totally misplaced hype. White, doesn't he play for Sandy? Maye his VFA backup, Meesen?
I cred the rumours that we threw a lot at McLean in the off-season because of our bid.
