You apologise for accidents not the ineptitude of your workers, colleagues or friends.
The good thing that this has happened early in the season. It has put everyone on notice at the right end of the season. Wallace has stated that players will be selected on performance not reputations so their can be no delusions that many spot and even careers are on the line.
Now they have another 21 rounds to show who wants to play football for the Richmond football club.
They have thrown themselves a challenge greater than any coach could offer.
Let see who stands up to be counted now that the heat is on.
The leaders must now lead if they want to prove their worth and everyone now has to earn their spot all over again.

I am already putting in my leave for that week. 2 times (copping it from workmates) in as little as 2 weeks apart is to much for me to handle.
Actually better yet, I will take my long service over the entire season. That will save me from the inevitable every week.
Wallace the best paid salesman in the business.... Ever heard a salesperson say Sorry after they have stiched you up.. Wallace never apologised to the Doggies after he left them. Not too many friends at Howthron either.... I can see it now 3 years down the track and Terry coming out and saying " Sorry i don't think i can take this player group any further"
