After reading PRE for a while a mate convinced me to join up recently.Sems I've stepped on toes already lol. I logged on this afternoon and recieved the following message.I've never heard of mightiges or the site he mentions but have checked him out now.My comments have been personal opinion or copied from a mate's e-mail. I haven't claimed any information as my own 'scoop' lol.Serious stuff this web posting lol.

Hello,

In future please do NOT copy and steal info and posts from OER. I did post that people not copy and paste the squad details elsewhere on the net yet you deliberately ignored that request ::).

It's especially a lowlife act when you don't say and provide a link to the website you got the information from and instead you claimed it as your own scoop ::). That is stealing! >:(

It's also a violation of intellectual property rights btw unless you seek permission from the original author first.

If you were honest and decent you would now edit your post and add "This info comes from the One Eyed Richmond forum".

What I'd like to know is why this mightytiges has access to closed training sessions as he claims. If some members of the public recieve training details why do others get told there is no training or they can't attend when they ring the club. If the info is so top secret why is it posted on the web at all.

Mighty tiges sounds like a mighty flog! He also likes to think he's some sort of "intellectual property lawyer" which he certainly isn't. I read your pervious posts and I dont even know what he was referring to.

looking at his "complaint" it was the squad details M posted up.

not sure how he can claim a squad list as intellectual property though, if he heard the list I'm pretty sure others would have.

sounds like someone needs a bex and a lie dow

Mighty Tigers writes fantastic training reports and he is an asset to those of us who are Richmond obsessed enough to enjoy training report. I believe MT is allowed into training because he know the difference what information to share and when not to, a skill we could all learn from.

When I read you post I thought it was a bit unfair that you posted it without acknowledgment, especially when he specifically said not to but it's not a hanging offense.

Ultimately it's not a big deal, but if you going to start a feud don't do it with MT, lesson learned, move on.

He did specifically request people not to reproduce his post. But for god sake, to put something on a forum, then expect to maintain control of it! He can only hope people will have the decency to comply with his request. There's no point in getting shirty if one of the hundreds of readers choses to ignore the request.

What a strange thread.

Haughty Tigers should try either a relaxation course or not posting something on the net he doesn't want repeated.
Marmac says he got the info from a mate's email so that should be taken at face value but starting a thread about Haughty Tigers seems a tad strange too.

Concentrate on the bigger issues. Who should we be lynching this week?

sounds reasonable enough Colonel Klink

To say I am furious is an understatement of epic proportions.

I was alerted to this thread this morning when I woke up to receive a similar, e-mail from "mightytiges" myself. He called PREnders lowlifes, he accused other posters of "borrowing" his information, referred to low acts and questioned OUR site rules. People might understand how laughable that is after I've posted some of his past history when I've cooled down.

Mightytiges used to help on PRE before he cracked them and cloned our site. Following this recent behaviour he has now been banned from posting here. It's simply not acceptable to sneak in like a stealth bomber in the middle of the night to abuse our posters.

On this particular matter it's ironic that heaps of mightytiges posts, or his posts done as one-eyed before he logs in as mightytiges and replies to himself, are copied from other sites. He's certainly copied info from PRE himself and has never credited it.

As for the question about his top-secret, for his site only, info from closed training sessions he told me knows how the system works and can figure out the closed training session times and venues from that. What are the odds? ;D Maybe it helps just a tad, as has been posted on his site, that his fellow admin there is also the Coburg President. I neither know or care where he gets his info but it's a massive over-reaction to someone posting a training squad that he pointed out to me was from a closed training session.

I've asked people not to discuss other Richmond sites on here before with good reason. I would have deleted this thread but following mightytiges harassment I'll post more about his history with PRE later on when I cool down. I hope, following that, people will understand better why I'd appreciate not being continually reminded about some very ordinary treatment in the past.

I find it refreshing to be able to login and get info on training and radio interviews from OER, without having to trawl through numerous threads.

Less about ego and more about info over their. They do a fantastic job on that site as does Rosy managing a larger and more difficult one over here.

Disclaimer: I am not a member of OER (as someone else has stolen the MM logo) nor do I post there.
