Mike Sheehans Top 50

Overated Bowden would be lucky to scrape in the top 200.
Just because he is RFC's b/f, means jack *smile*.
Its much like Bangledesh's top cricketer not getting a game for the Rest of the World!!!
As for Tuck, 1 good season doesnt make him a top liner.

Silent Bob - I rate Brett Kirk - he can control a centre with his in and under and tackling - Kerr is right up there too but if I had to choose it would be Brett - he is all heart - hard as nails and a great team leader - IMO

Kirk is under rated at 30... he should be in the top 10.

He is a star.

i keep saying we have a poor list especially when it comes to the 22+yolds.
i wouldnt put the vast majority of richmond players in the top 300 yet alone top 50. and before everyone starts jumping up and down like petulant children note i did say vast majority.

:hihi :hihi :hihi

I agree with only Richo in top 50 out of 600 odd players with Brownie being a shoe in for top 15 if fit.

Me thinks many Tiger fans still over rate our list on the whole.

I have tried doing a top 50 and i must say very difficult indeed, and perusing that list geez there are plenty of players in that top 50 that are better than many at RFC in regard to performance.

Yes Cogs and Tuck and Lids are very good but they all need another good year or two to get in top 50 especially Cogs being injured, Tucky only 1 year in reality as well as Lids being a baby.

Craig Bolton tho i must admit i definately do not agree with. Good honest player but not in top 50.

i actually think his top 10 isn't that far off, although judd should be at 1. i think hird and mcphee are too high.

the most hilarious thing i saw is that he put paul chapman ahead of richo :rofl

A Bangladeshi batsman with a good Test average (although a rarity!) is as good as an Aussie with a good average. I don't get your point.

Likewise, Bowdo has to beat the same backmen every week that bloody McPhee does. We always knew Bowdo was superskilled, but last year he also showed that he has immense courage by continously filling that nasty hole between CHB and FB, copping whack after whack in the back of the scone but continually getting to his feet, as well as doing some really big defensive jobs.

I've always thought that the best way to do these lists would be to rank the players as you would choose them if you could have them at your club for this year only.

Nothing to do with team balance (like AA apparently is) ... just who will provide the best service in 2006. It's a bit harsh on the likes of Darcy and N Lappin, but at least you could footnote that.

If I had to do that, here would be my Top 10

1. M. Pavlich
2. C. Judd
3. B. Hall
4. W Tredrea
5. M. Scarlett
6. B. Cousins
7. J. Brown
8. L. Ball
9. N. Reiwoldt
10. D. Cox

During my lunch hour today, I was sitting in the toilet reading the Herald Sun and then realised that there was no more toilet paper left, until I saw Shithan's Top 50....................

Can't you catch 'ADS' from wiping that on your bum?

Maybe he should do a "Bottom 50" list. It would be pretty easy; at least 35 RFC players would be on it before he'd need to look at another club.
