Milne & Dalsanto Dumped

Ha!

And they kicked out Thomas because he wanted to take the Sainters into a rebuilding phase.

The window remains open for no man.

When it closes, it doesn't matter who's sitting in the chair.
funny how they are sponsored by Jeld win and their window is shut....

Milne and Dalsanto are better suited to the snowy slopes of the rockies...ie downhill skiers..

Just on the Saints' woes the idea of what number mid Dal Santo is reminds me that they've been missing their only defensive mid all year. (FWIW I reckon he's a #5 mid.)

Steven Baker has played one full game for them in 2008.

Dempster has not come up. A misfire by the coach. I think the jury is in on the Schneider/Dempster trade - bad move.

They've tried Gram in defensive midfield roles but he's just not good enough.

The simple addition of quality defensive mids to this list would stretch the midfield depth significantly. If Goddard can't play defensive inside mid I'd punt him. I reckon they should've punted him two years ago. But they should just develop some defensive mids. One is a really low number.

Had to laugh reading the report in the HUN about their training facility. Belvedere Park? This joint is rammed in between Seaford and the Pines, and reeks class (the fish and chip shop used to be okay on Austins Road however) :rofl

The Saints are moving up in the world.

Dal Santo whilst not starring should be in the Saints side. The funeral director Ross Lyon has turned this side into a negative, boring, unattacking losing side.

Good call, michael bowden. Makes you wonder how he got the gig with his dulcit tones (NOT) when he presented to the Board? ???
Then again those same tones probably hypnotised the Board and by the time they had woken up Funeral Director Lyon had already signed the contract and they couldn't get out of it! :rofl

Serves 'em right. ;D
I'm just cut that PRICK Milne kicks 7 against us and now he's out! :veryupset

Although that's more a reflection on us, of course! :(

St Kilda are on the way to becoming a basket case again i fear.

Their CEO - that bloke with the Scottish accent Archie whatever always sounds like he has no idea and ums and ares more than Greg Miller.

Lyon is not respected by the players and they dont play for him its obvious, they are still sooking over Cornflakes gate.

Butterss lets his personal life interfere with business and sacks Thomas thus causing unrest at the club.

Butterss and his board then given the arse.

Linton st a debacle, so lets move out to Cranbourne then Frankston then .......................... this is a club desperate for a home.

The huge fan base will be the only thing that saves the Saints from oblivion long term.

They missed their window twice.

Shoulda won the flag in 97, and also wasted 04 i think it was.

The culture and prospects have never changed, just become a little more polished at the cover ups. Let's remember how they hid what Milne and his trusty side kick Montagna really are. Those Saints have never been just that and get what they deserve. Stuff them and their coach who i reckon has an ABI.
