A couple of interesting points:
This is his first pre-season he hasn't been injured and he is loving getting the work into the legs.
Has been training with the backline group.
Mentions Tambling, Lids and Foley as standout workers.....(bling knockers watch out!)
Says the diff between West Coast pre-season and ours is that we are working harder to get the run in the younger legs, whereas WC has an older list so it's more about maintenance and getting ready for the games.
