pettifer could be an onball goalkicking option IMO, morton clearly shows more in the forward line than pets, but pets can be what we need in the midfield. thats what we need, a goalkicking midfielder!

Petts failed miserably all throughout his career when placed in the middle. slow soft outside type.

I don't rate Schwarz but watching the replay he mentioned at one stage how Morts had gone one handed at the ball. I replayed it again and he was spot on. Should have gone with two hands.

To be fair, they didn't want him to go. We got him for a good deal partly because we didn't have a 2nd rounder to trade any more :-X and I think in part for assisting West Coast in getting more for Judd than Carlton were wanting to offer.
