I'll gladly tell you about Ruth seeing as you are so uninformed Flubberfrown1908. Ruth still won 3 World Series WITH the Red Sox. After that, he hardly ever pitched again.
Hey, why didn’t Ron Santo make the Hall of Fame the other day ? Is it because he played for the Flubs do you think ?
What about Mark Prior and Kerry Wood ? Will both their arms make the Hall of Lame ?

$900,000 for 58 HR last year. If he keeps this up he will set a new record for salary when he becomes free.

Just watched a few highlights of the Sox Fish game. I tell you, I'm backing the Marlins to do another one of their win and blow it up capers starting next year (could even be this year). They have so much young talent and alot of it is starting to look pretty good. Petit made the Sox hitters look like HS boys today.

Well I hope you’re right, but the SF Chronicle is reporting it as the ‘Saawx’ inquiring about him. Then again, being a SF tabloid that’s hoping to get its fans hopes up, you might expect them to picture it that way.
Speaking of the tabloids, how funny is the constant reference to Dan Shaughnessy as “CHB” on SOSH ? Very funny.
