Big statement. Hope we get a look at the lad in the Gandalf then. What do other training watchers think of this prospect?

Too right Gus. The lack of intensity & pressure at training under Spud showed us up big time on gameday when pressure was applied from the opposition. We were like schoolkids who had been thrown up against the AFL premiersgustiger12 said:Great report. The thing that stands out to me is the intensity that has been instilled into the training. I remember many years ago in the dim dark ages of the spud going to training and watching them doing the drill running the ball from end to end. They always looked to casual and looked to be going half pace. There was never any pressure applied to the ball carrier and it used to make me wonder how you could play with intensity when you trained with none.
Seems to be a greatly different focus under Wallace with intensity and pressure being key ingredients. Skills can only improve if they train with intensity and having simulated matchday pressure applied at training.

Have a lot of time doe McGuane. He has the potential to be a very damaging O'Keefe type (from the swans) while he develops his game into a 3rd tall or potential JB type CHB.
Training on Wednesday is what time and where? Going by the club site is like trying to win lotto :![]()

Did Chaffey join in a full session? Was Browny moving well?
