Well done Hydey.
Played a ripper game yesterday an was an instigator in getting us back into the match with his run & carry and goalkicking.
Must have been close to getting dropped after last week and came out and answered his critics in the best way possible, picking up from some of his fine form early last year.

Seems to be getting some fitness back which is hugely important to his effectiveness.
I love how he'll back himself. That run down the centre where he set up that goal was inspiring to his team mates and really provided the spark that was sorely missing at quarter time. Skills are underated. Go Monsta! 8)

Don't think he was close to getting dropped last week but otherwise you'll get no arguments from me.

Hit 'em Hydey!

That ripper goal he kicked at the PRE goals would of given Mohamad Ali goosebumps, he stopped, propped to the right and then to left, ducked, and then propelled the ball through the goals.

He certainly backed himself on several occasions yesterday - great to see. Onya Monster

Hyde played on Taigh Kennelly.Their BOG.

Well Chris was close if not best for us too evo.
Don't think he played well?
No, not really,Kennelly had twice as many touches and launched the majority of Sydney's attacks.

Although that goal GPB is refering to was pretty nice.

I actually think that Kennelly didn't do alot till the last quarter, despite his stats. Bolton, IMO, gave them as much as far as launching their attacks.

Kennelly usually plays the extra man in defence and I though it no different yesterday. He usually picks up cheap kicks much the way Joel often does.
Also Sydney were chipping it around in defence all arvo so I don't put a lot of weight in those numbers.
I thought Chris was terrific.

One thing i can say is Hyde luvs to take em on and thats what TW wants to run and carry and Hyde aint afraid to put his best foot forward.
