Most disappointing players this season?

The way I saw the Sarge coming on in the pre season(though only intra club stuff)I thought he would become a 50+ goal kicker but for various reasons he has not.
I really feel for Sarge the way his been handeled

TW for me has been dissapointing in the fact that players like Sarge,Meyer,JON,Cass(inj main prob),Hughes have not come up to senior level, with out been to harsh I just have a quiery on his understanding of young men,at the Dogs it was his season hardened men an out an out stars who took them to the finals ,Im not sure how many average players he has got the most out of,i.e Sheedy

The above mentioned players have a fair bit of talent but all quite dissapointing with Cass a genuine excuse.

Interesting post Corn Chips.

Some of these talented youngsters have not come on as you would hope..

Leadership at the club has to come under question as well.

from a personal point of view: Harts and Jay

from a team point of view: Tambling and JON

from a future point of view: Raines, Tuck, meyer, Lids (harsh but true), and probably a 1/2 a dozen others

Be very interested for your elaboration on Lids. Thought he was brilliant this year.

Yes I admit a harsh call- and only be 'dissappointed' on the basis of massively higher expectations of him than the other players He did have a quiet first half of season (getting used to heavy tagging). Raines is kinda in the same box ... ie if we are looking to these guys for the future we would have hoped they came on more this year than they did: the fact that they didnt makes you wonder how much improvement they have left in them ( or possibly how ineffective we are at developing players). Either way its dissappointing for our future.

Andrew Raines
(nowhere near our worst but i was very dissappointed with his year, mind you lining up on KP backmen didn't help ::))
