Just thought I'd let you all know that I'm in the process of growing a dirty great mo, all in the name of charity of course

If any of you wish to donate to this wonderful cause to help create awareness for prostate cancer and depression please follow this link:
https://www.movember.com/au/donate/donate-details.php?action=sponsorlink&rego=1911171&country=au

Not only will you be helping a ripper cause (I'm in cos my grandfather had prostate cancer, fully recovered thankfully), but you'll also help me become eligible to attend a monster gala party at the end of the month to show off my filthy mo to the world.

I'll be donating myself when I've got a bit of spare coin, and any other help would be very much appreciated. Obviously not putting any pressure on you to donate, but just thought I'd post about it so you knew I was doing it. :fing32

Glad your grandfather fully recovered. It's an important cause and more research needed. I'll donate 20 bucks Braddles.  Do we get to see a pic of the dirty great mo?

Leysy done it 2 years ago & didn't get a kiss off Mrs Leysy for a month.

Think Leysy'll give it a miss this year.

Hmm maybe I should do this.I haven't shaved since since November 1 so may as well go on with it.

Prostate cancer is a good cause, seems like something I'll get in the next decade or so anyway.

Plus I like Nietzsche,he had a ball-tearer(pardon the pun)

Oh thanks Rosy, that'd be awesome :clap

If I can work out how to post a pick of me looking terrible in my mo I'll make sure I post it here ;D

And, evo, get on it brother. It's a bit of fun for a great cause.

I've donated my 20 bucks Braddles...now for the picture. :hihi

(I'll move this to the main forum for a while in case those who don't read the General Board would like to support your hairy upper lip)

Yes. I'm growing one too. Except that I compromised with my wife who hates moustaches only, and am growing a full beard.

Life is full of compromises.

I'm looking very semitic at the moment. ;)

Tell the truth Phantom.

You're just trying to force Red to change his avatar by making it out of date or by going incognito. :hihi

I always laugh when I read new avatar text by Redders.

Posted this on the Lids Mo thread but thought I might as well land it in this thread...sorry to cut your grass Braddles (although I don't do it as well as JON ;D):

Stuff Lids, if anyone would like to donate to my mo and my team's collective mo's, please do so online using the details below. In all seriousness Movember takes on extra meaning for me this year as my father has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer at age 58. I'm determined to raise as much money as I can so this sort of crap stops happening in people's lives. Please consider a donation and all donations greater than $2 are tax deductible....Cheers

To donate to my Mo you can either:

Click this link https://www.movember.com/au/donate/donate-details.php?action=sponsorlink®o=1453281&country=au and donate online using your credit card or PayPal account, or
Write a cheque payable to ‘Movember Foundation', referencing my Registration Number 1453281 and mailing it to:
Movember Foundation
PO Box 292
Prahran VIC 3181

Remember, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

BTW - if I get more than 5 PRE sponsors I will post a photo of the finished product next Thursday at the Gala Parte'

I thought I would get in on this too because I am walking around with this dodgy looking mo and it's driving me nuts! :hihi

If anyone would like to donate here is the details:

Hi All,

During Movember (the month formerly known as November) I'm growing a Mo. That's right I'm bringing the Mo back because I'm passionate about tackling men's health issues and being proactive in the fight against men's depression and prostate cancer.

To donate to my Mo you can either:

Click this link https://www.movember.com/au/donate/donate-details.php?action=sponsorlink&rego=1441031&country=au and donate online using your credit card or PayPal account, or
Write a cheque payable to ‘Movember Foundation', referencing my Registration Number 1441031 and mailing it to:
Movember Foundation
PO Box 292
Prahran VIC 3181

Remember, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

The money raised by Movember is used to raise awareness of men's health issues and donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and beyondblue - the national depression initiative. The PCFA and beyondblue will use the funds to fund research and increase support networks for those men who suffer from prostate cancer and depression.

If I get just one sponsor from PRE then I will PM them a photo, that's if they want to see it of course. 8)
