Need Help

Does anyone know of any easy to use software that will create MP3's from a CD
Plus I need idiot proof step by step instructions.

Basically, I have a heap of music files from CD's on my PC and I want to compress into MP3's and burn.

Ive got the burning bit down pat, but I'm struggling with the conversion bit

For ever in your gratitude

M

Haven't tried this site, but it came up with a google search: convert cd music to mp3. I only gave the site a quick look but it seems pretty informative

Cheers,
Smoo.

You would usually import the files as MP3s straight from your CDs Michael

Real Player should do it automatically

Cnet has a few converters http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tag=srch&qt=mp3+converter&tg=dl-20

This PC has Sonic,

Michael before re-writeable cd's it was for burning Read only Memory (ROM)

A really good program comes as part of the windows package.

You can use Media Player to convert CDs to MP3. It's very simple and easy.

Firstly, run Media Player.
Select Options Tab, then nominate where to save the mp3's to. Also select your quality rate. 192 is CD quality.
Then insert for CD, on the left hand side of Media Player there are some tabs, select Copy From CD. Select which tracks to convert to mp3, then press the copy music tab on the top right side.

its really simple and quick. The quality is faultless.
