I'm just about done with this asterisk season. Had enough.

Woodcock, Ward, Miers, Dangerfield, Rankine... Staging is rife in the AFL but they choose us to crack down on.

I used to think it was laughable, but I'm now struggling to think there's not an anti richmond agenda at play

Ward wasn't fined?

When you think about it, Lynch and Bellchambers did very similar things. One is being charged with striking, the other has his victim being charged with staging.

Does the media influence the MRP?

It certainly looks that way. The harder the media whinges the more the MRP takes action.

This media is very much anti Richmond - even the commentators overtly barrack for whoever is playing against us.

Sadly there is nothing we can do as the AFL Management would deny any bias from the MRP or the media influence on the MRP.

As all the other contenders benefit from this bias, we will have to be far better than them to win the flag.

Leaves a bitter taste in the my mouth and a certain stirring in my bowel........

There’s obviously thousands of incidents we could bring up, however if Vlaustin and Grimes get done for staging why didn’t Rankine the week before, he actually got up smiling , basically saying I tried to milk a 50, as where Vlaustin got straight to his feet after the momentum took him down, yep milked it a touch , but he didn’t stay down an carry on......incredibly inconsistent and poor for a professional sport
Rankine doesn’t play for Richmond mate. There is a concerted media driven witch hunt being targeted at our club. Many in this *smile* AFL industry really can’t handle the fact that we are no longer a joke that they can all laugh at. They are trying to tear us down.

Why doesn’t Zorko ever get done for staging. Does it every week. Ditto Dangerfield. What about that little suck from Port Adelaide? The one he did against us was the worst all year.

*smile*. Them. All.

Do they actual watch the game to find reportable incidents or do they just go what the media is saying.

The AFL is weak, it just tries to please the tabloid media

I actually think they were very different.

Bellchambers had a straight arm swinging and clearly late to the contest - it was not high but late contact should be enough for a 50 even if it was a bit soft.

Lynch pushed Hurley away and made high contact - no swinging motion, no clenched fist like Bellchambers. Hurley was the instigator, had his back to the play and engaging with Lynch.

Chalk and cheese

And on another note, is it a bit of a coincidence that a GWS player gets death threats after playing bumbers and then the same happens to tigers after playing bumbers.

Why hasn’t the media picked up on those loverly Essendon supporter base and called them out for what they are.

Christians had a bit of a mare this week.

Dixon was ok - Nothing to see here, its ok to drop your elbow into someones head, just make sure you make it look "clumsy"
SPP - I thought it was a joke that he was suspended for that, both arms were free, it just so happened that the tackle pushed McEvoy backwards which meant his head impacted the turf - to me there is no charge to see there
Lynch - Tribunal - are you guys serioius??
