1. We lack on-field leaders, someone that will say "follow my lead" and actually show his team mates how its done. We need someone that will not be in awe of our senior players but rather will challenge them for that "top dog" spot and not fall into line like a little kid (i.e.Deledio, Tambling).
2. "Keepings off footy" as played in the first quarter will not win you many games of football. Football is a game of toughness and skill, both ingredients are required by each player in the team.
